Display WBO2 Linear Output on GRT HXr or EIS4000

Is it possible to take the linear output from a Wideband O2 sensor (0-5v) and displace as a corrected AFR (or lambda although I prefer AFR) with an unused analog input on a GRT HXr or EIS4000?
