Wanted to Borrow: Prop Balancer

Anyone know if any of the NorCal EAA chapters has a DynaVibe (or similar) prop balancer in their tool lending program?

I’ve refinished my prop and would like to adjust the balance. Have used a DynaVibe in the past but no longer have access to it.

Chapter 20 at San Carlos has one. Not sure what their policy is on lending it out. Where are you located?
