Tail Wheel hookup to Electric Winch

I have a RV-4 with Screaming Eagle Tail Fork and Tow Bar Bolt. Can anyone advise how to hook up my electric winch cable to the Fork ?

Does it use one of these steering arms?

Add the one with tie down ring?

Can you use a Bogert tow bar on the horizontal axle bolts? Put the winch lead to yhe handle?

How about a piece of light rope? Tie loops in both ends, loop around the tailwheel assembly, and hook the winch hook through both loops. That's how I used to do it on my C180.

1/4" polyester rope is adequate.

A bowline knot is easy to tie and very secure. Plus it's easy to untie if necessary.
