Lycoming recommends 10% STP mixed with SAE 50 oil for wet torquing the cylinder base nuts.

I am assuming it is STP Engine Oil Treatment. STP makes so many oil / additive products now a days, not sure which one to select.

Yes, that's the one, STP is a useful shop lubricant, I keep a bottle of it in the shop for various assembly applications.

Great to use on the mandrels when you are making hoses.
