Spinner bulkhead torque

In preparation for fitting the cowl, I need to attach the rear spinner bulkhead to the prop hub. Can someone in the know please tell me if the correct torque is circled?

I finally found it in my manual. It looks like 20-22 ft-lbs. correct?
