Well since I'm currently working on both elevators I'm pretty familiar with the parts. IMO replacing just the skins would be a real challenge since you'd have to match the holes to the existing frame not to mention drilling out all those rivets to separate the skin from the frame assembly. Probably easier to rebuild the whole thing. Plus you'd be able to easily incorporate SB14-02-05
