Good Morning,
For those on the wheel pant install, I had issues with parralax while attempting to match drill the fiberglass to the support bracket. To resolve that I used an optical cable from an old surround sound audio system. Just clip off one end. The cable is made of three layers. The outside sheath will fill perfectly into the #19 hole on the bracket. If you have already installed the nutplates, you can remove a portion of the sheathing there will be a second layer that fits inside the nutplate. The third layer is the actual fiber-optic cable.
