Question re wiring elev trim

I am in the middle of wiring my RV-8 and can't seem to find instructions for wiring the elevator trim servo and the trim-position indicator on the panel. If directions came with the electric trim kit, I can't seem to find them. There are 5 wires coming out of the servo and 6 wires coming out of the position indicator. I am using a Ray Allen G205 stick grip. Can any of you remember how to wire these critters, or tell me what the directions look like?
