Gents -
I'm so close to finishing my elevator - I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!
I riveted the piano hinges to the trim tab and elevator last night. While doing so, the hinge moves slightly every time I squeeze a rivet. In the end, things are not perfectly aligned that enables you to just push the pin back in with ease. Is there a trick to making this a little easier? I tapped one in with the flat side of a pair of pliers. Second one is more difficult.
Can I lube the pin with teflon spray? WD-40? Not sure if there is an easier way.
Thanks
Charlie
