Does anyone have a VA-131-B filtered airbag cover they would be willing to sell me? Offering $50 including shipping to CA.
During my condition inspection, I found my VA-131-B on my RV-7A had cracked. Unfortunately, Vans is "temporarily out of the VA-131-B, with no lead time for this part." I'm grounded until I can get a replacement to fix my airbag.
I'm hoping somebody might have one in a firewall forward kit that you aren't planning to need for many months, and might be willing to send me yours and buy a replacement. Their normal cost is $25.50 + shipping.
Pretty bummed to have missed Oshkosh because of this...
