Need a step have a step

I’m still looking for a right step for my RV 9 project. I also have an extra left step for sale. I bought a second hand fuselage kit last year which had two left steps. Vans won’t exchange it.

Any idea if this would fit an 8? I know it would have to be cutdown.

It won't fit. I installed one on my 7 and one on my 8. They are quite different.
