Mystery parts

Does anybody know what these parts are circled. It appears to be common to the lower skin next to the flaperon brackets but are not mentioned anywhere in the KIA. I noticed them when zooming into the Section 1 drawing.

It is the result of the angle the isometric view is being shown at.
It is the portion of the hinge bracket that hangs down below the wing being visible below the rear spar.
