I was notified on the 1st of Feb “We have you on our schedule to be finished in crating by the week of March 18th” and I paid my final payments on the 12th of Feb.
Since that time I have emailed the kits@vans and kitstatus@vans and anneb@vans multiple times and I have not had a single response.
13 Feb - asking for shipping quotes
29 Feb - following up on shipping quotes
5 Mar - asking if 18 March was still happening
28 Mar - following up no response to 5th March email.
15 April - following up last 2 emails.
Had no response to ANY of the above communications. Nothing in my spam.
Has anyone heard anything from them? I’m getting really concerned with the silence here. Hoping the “quarantined money” is really a thing - although I think they’ve spend my money now as I was notified of a creating date.
