Garmin G3X product support concerns (GDU-370) - Resolved
Picked up an intermittent power up issue that needs to be fixed on my Garmin GDU 370 non-touch EFIS. Garmin support suspects it is the display that needs replacing. Anyway, I call the G3X team and they inform me that they don't have any exchange units in stock at the moment and to fix they'll have to send it to Taiwan which could take months. Anybody out there have a similar issue with product support on legacy Garmin units...? Is my only option to bite the bullet and buy the Touch...? - Quick Note: Garmin came back to me. They did find a replacement so I'm happy with the resolution. Apparently the supply chain is giving them trouble just like it is for other companies.
