G5 Trim Indication

Can the G5 show a trim indication for a non autopilot install? I have a 6A and the MAC trim servo gave up the ghost. I bought a new Ray Allen replacement and now it will not work with my trim indicator. (as per Ray Allen) I have the old 3 LED indicator. Before I order a new indicator I was wondering if I could get a trim indication on one of my G5's? Haven't been able to get ahold of my avionics guy yet.

The RA trim indicators are notoriously unreliable.

The RA trim indicators are notoriously unreliable.

It wasn't the indicator that went bad. It was the trim servo. The new servos are not compatible with the old indicator as per RA. Spent the day yesterday at the hangar and a new RP 4 indicator is installed, alive and well. Thanks for the info.
