Fuel Flow through the Lyc Engine Fuel Pump

Will fuel flow through the Lyc engine driven fuel pump from the tanks and electric pump or do you have to have a separate feed from the electric pump directly to the carb? I can blow through it, so I assume it will flow fuel through it, but want to double check. Thanks, Tom

You need a set of drawings from Vans. It does a good job describing the fuel connections for your airplane. In all the firewall forward drawings I have seen, the boost pump is connected to the engine mechanical pump and the line from the engine mechanical pump is routed to the fuel injector or the carb. The drawings have all the important details.
