Empty weight 1107 lbs; CG 79.18 (design CG 77.95-84.84)

Painted in 2009 by Cardan, Red Bluff CA, Dupont Imron 5000
TTAFE: ~1080h
TT prop: ~350h (replaced original Sensenich 2-blade with Catto 3-blade)
Engine: Superior IO360 180hp (compatible with premium autogas); Pmags; compression at last annual (Dec 2023): 74/75/74/75 cold; Vetterman exhaust
Electric flaps, manual elevator trim; manual aileron trim; two-axis Dynon autopilot
CreativeAir halogen landing & taxi, LED strobe lights
Avionics: Dynon D100, D120; Garmin SL-30 Navcom; Garmin GTX327 Transponder; Garmin GPSmap 495 (in panel mount); PS Engineering intercom; Backup UMA airspeed, altimeter, compass; Traditional hobbs meter; NO ADSB at present
All service bulletins complied with
Typical cruise ~165 mph @7 gph; top end 200 mph @~12 gph
Originally built as RV9A and converted to RV9 at 340h – would be possible to reconvert if desired (no, I won’t do it for you)

Nice plane, amazing what 20 extra HP does. Still below VNE😁
 
Wow Greg, chasing you on your first flight seems like yesterday, while Julia took your Avatar photo from the right seat. Airplane looks as clean as it did back then! Best of luck in the sale!

Well darn!! I was all over western Oregon and WA this past week looking for an RV. Wouldn't you know the day I get back to MN you advertise this!! ARGH Even spent a day at the VANS factory.
