F-01457 Gusset mistake

I machine countersunk four holes, shown in the diagram, that were not suppose to be countersunk. Anyone make the same mistake? Do you think I can put AN426AD4 rivets in those four holes instead?

Shouldn’t be a problem.
470s were spec’s there for build simplicity and there being no physical benefit to them being flush.

I can see that 470’s would be a little easier to install. But there should be room to install flush rivets.

I’ll make sure that is the case before I start.

I made the same mistake. My tech counselor (Vic Syracuse) said "BUILD ON". It was easy to install flush rivets and if I may say so it looks better!
