Elevator travel

Hi All
Can anyone please confirm the elevator travel on the 3B. I have it for a pre 3B as 30deg. up and down with no plus or minus, my build manual is from the very early days. Seems like Vans has substituted the elevator horns from an RV4 which must be a little wider as I can only get 26 deg. travel. Thanks

Have you trimmed the rear spar as per the RV6 plans? I got this advice from VANS when asking about my RV3B build
