Clockable Heat Muff

The usual 8" long cabin heat muff with inlet and outlet in line just isn't going to work. Anyone know of a source for a muff that allows positioning in and out 90 degrees different, or a source for a custom muff?

Aircraft Spruce sells a customizable heat muff. It's called a Turbo Heat Cabin Muff, or something along those lines. Can't vouch for it, but there are several RV owners in the reviews that say it works well.
