Brake problem

Bolting up brake parts on gear leg and caliper pins bind going through the brass sleeves which are on the mounting bracket. Matco …..works fine before bolt up. Anybody have this problem? Seems like the fix is to hone the sleeves??? Thank you for your time.

Figure out why it is warping during install, instead of honing.
