L/H Baffle Intake with aero Cover for belt

The best way to mount your A/C compressor is low in the bottom cowl. You will be required to make a blister so the compressor does not touch the lower cowl.

Benefits are unobstructed cooling to the L/H side of engine.

I used a left over piece of main gear fairing to fashion an aero cover for the main A/C Drive belt. Once installed, there is no leakage from the upper plenum to the lower plenum maintaining the pressure differential.

A removable cowl baffle rubber will be installed soon on top of the cowl cheek to give a seamless transition to the baffle ramp.

This is a new installation and final baffle rubbers are not installed yet.
