RV-4 Elevator Parts List

In case anyone has somewhat recently ordered new elevator parts, could anyone help with a detailed parts list for the RV-4 elevator having electric trim with no servo in the elevator? I need to replace some old cracked .016 skins with .020 and want to buy all new parts (spars, skins, doublers, etc.). I called Van's but they told me to just look at the plans, although they provided me with all the parts when I recently ordered all new .020 rudder parts.

Well since I'm currently working on both elevators I'm pretty familiar with the parts. IMO replacing just the skins would be a real challenge since you'd have to match the holes to the existing frame not to mention drilling out all those rivets to separate the skin from the frame assembly. Probably easier to rebuild the whole thing. Plus you'd be able to easily incorporate SB14-02-05 http://vansaircraft.com/pdf/sb14-02-05.pdf You might be able to reuse the elevator control horns.

E-412 Counterbalance skin - 2 One: ALUM SHEET 2EA E-412 AS3-032X8X28 1/2 yields two skins, made to spec as per drawing 4a
E-413 Fiberglass tip - 2
WD-405L LH elevator control horn weldment
WD-405R RH elevator control horn weldment

Skin
E-401-L LH .016" Skin - 1 (alternatively E-401-L-20, .020" version)
E-401-R RH .016" skin - 1 (alternatively E-401-R-20, .020" version)
Alum Angle .025x5/8x5/8 AL ANGLE PIECES AA3-025X5/8X5/8X24' *24 linear feet, This is the amount for the entire tail kit I believe so it would include the rudder. (alternatively order these as required, AA3-025X5/8X5/8X4')
