Transponder Connector

Hello,

I picked up a nice used transponder and encoder, and the shop was nice enough to send a new harness for the encoder and the old cutoff connector for the transponder. The transponder (TDR-950) connector uses some crimp on pins that are not d-sub, but slide onto a flat circuit board connector.

1) How do you remove these pins?
2) Where can I get some of these pins to complete the harness?
