It appears that the text at the top of the image might erroneously refer to Feb 23, 2020. The text in the lower portion says Feb 23, 2022, and so does the actual text of the MSB.

But the text at the top says Jan 20, 2022, while the text on the bottom says Jan 20, 2020. The text in the MSB says Jan 20, 2022.

I believe that the correct dates are Jan 20, 2022 - Feb 23, 2022.

Not aware of any RV’s with the Continental engines listed.

I heard rumour of an RV8 with an -470. If true, it's certainly a one-off.

There are some Rockets with an IO-550.

Vastly different engine mount and installation, so more R&D needed. However, I've wondered why the 470 and 520 aren't offered on the RV10. More engine availability reduces total build cost and could sell more kits.

For the vast majority, no, this SB does not apply to RVs.
