Seatback adjustment guides diagram error?

On page 29-19 of the RV14 fuselage instructions, step 6 says to dimple the holes in the F-01405K Guides. But there is an arrow on the diagram titled, "Machine Countersink, Typ", that points to the F-01405K Guide.

I think that arrow should point to the F-01405H shim.

Am I correct?
