my final decision which RV I want to build is still pending.
I got a longer demo flight over here in an RV7...wow, but I have the feeling that I have to check out the other RVs too, before choosing the right one.
Cause it's not that easy to get a demo ride in an RV here in Germany, I decided to travel to Aurora to Vans and combine the demo flight in a 14 with a factory tour, which is also on my to-do-list.
A couple of days later I'll visit a sheet metal course at Synergy in Eugene to set my first rivet.
I'm afraid the 14 will be impressive but I'm not sure if I want to spend that much money.
I'm not (yet?) into aerobatics which would lead me maybe to the 9.
On the other hand, the fuel prices here are high, so this would maybe even favor the 12 with auto fuel and ethanol (the cheapest here).
So is there anybody on my way from Portland to Eugene (on the 13th March) to give me maybe a demo in their RV9 and/or 12. I'd be glad and I don't want to get it for free of course.
