Recommendation on where to camp North of Sarasota..

I’m flying my RV3B home to Colorado from the Sarasota, Fl area this Sun/Mon and would like to throw my sleeping bag out for a quick night (weather permitting!) somewhere along the way as I fly NW bound out of the panhandle area… (Landing on a grass strip is fine)
Any suggestions would be appreciated !
