Phase one Acro statement

Here’s a question for the DARs and those in the know.. on some ops limitations, line 16 on the example I was looking at, theres a statement for an aerobatic sign off listing maneuvers that the plane has been cleared for. Reviewing the logbooks of this plane doesn’t show that this was ever done, meaning acro isn’t permitted yet. What’s the process to put the plane back into phase one and perform the maneuvers, make the sign off, and return back to phase two? Is there any requirement to notify the FAA, or make a logbook entry returning the aircraft to phase one? Thanks in advance!

Since you’ve got your Ops Lims out Tom, you shoudl be able to find a line in their somewhere that says how to put it back into Phase 1 - it could be simply “do it, log it”, or it coudl be that you have to notify the FSDO. The biggest obstacle is if the airplane is no longer in its original Phase 1 test area, in which case you’ll need the FSDO to define a new one where you’re currently located, and they’ll probably issue all new Ops Lims….
