Garmin data updates

Having difficulty updating data for G3X. When the prompt ask to install updates nothing happens. I have reinstalled the Garmin data manager several times but no difference.

I am sure I am doing something wrong but any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Make sure the SD card in a FAT 32. Try reformatting the SD and then reload the Garmin data.

Unlock

Make sure the little slide on the side of the card is in the unlock position. It can accidently slide to the locked position and cause this.

Thanks. The tab on the SD had moved so that it apparently would not allow the data to transfer to the SD card.
