FlyGarmin IFR/VFR Chart Database Issue for Aera 660/796

I can no longer customize IFR/VFR Charts for the states I want to download on FlyGarmin when updating the database. It wants me to download the whole country every month. It used to let me select the states I wanted. Please Help...
