This person/persons will also have the opportunity to become a partner or owner of Base Leg Aviation at some point in the future, so I am looking for a long-term commitment from the candidate. As Nick is no longer with Base Leg Aviation, I need someone who can come on board and can immediatley be productive. At this time I do not need an apprentice A&P.

- qualified and experienced on Lycoming engines
- some knowledge of VAN's RV's or has demonstrated the ability to learn quickly
- some experience in running the day-to-day-operations of a maintenence shop
- good with customers
- willing to take on a leadership role
