I will be flying my -7 to the Manassas area to visit my daughter for a couple of weeks in early October. I'm looking for open hangar space at KHEF to keep my airplane while I'm there. I thought that I would check with the community first before I call the FBOs. Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated.

I'd check with EAA Chapter 186. They might know of someone who has a hangar available for your stay. No guarantees but it's a thought.

The chapter house is right on the field (KHEF).
