I just put this post for future reference by new builders as I solved the problem with help of an excellent builder's web site.
The Trim Wires are not symetrical and the instructions do not tell which end goes where. Thanks to Schmetterling well documented build log, I found that the end with the brass pins goes to the front of the plane while the end with no pin is aft for future crimping with the wires coming from the trim motor sitting on F1211 assembly.
Note to VAN's: it would be nice to update the instructions accordingly on page 10-08 step 5.
