Operating RV-12 on 1260' Strip

This "should" link to a 2 minute video. It shows my first takeoff from my 1260' strip, followed by the landing. (A separate video not linked here is of my 1st landing, which was about the same as you see here a.k.a. "firm."

N412BR weight on takeoff was about 1050 lbs.
Elevation is 1220 feet, temp was about 75F.
Winds were calm.
The takeoff is to the South (RWY is 16-34), the strip is flat, then downhill, then flat again. The landing is to the North. Don' need much landing but I will work my way up to higher takeoff weights.

As you can see, I'm having problems growing grass! But the hangar doors work great, more on those later.
