Torque value for starter relay

Can't seem to find the torque value for the 5/16 copper(?) stud on my starter relay. Can someone help me out?

The studs on the starter relay have a spring washer, generally speaking when the spring is fully compressed or flat you have reached torque value.
One thing at least as important when torquing those nuts is countering the stud to be sure it does not turn and ruin the internal contact points.
I am sure someone will come up with a torque value.

I torqued my contact terminals to 45-55 in-lbs and coil terminals to 12-18 in-lbs. I also applied torque stripe. I have also used self-locking nuts. I cannot recommend these torques for anyone else, just what I used on my plane.
