As for the sump swap, that all depends on if you buy used or new and do the work yourself. The change is fairly easy, so don't be afraid of doing it.

Don?t discount using AvStar. Standard on new Lycomings. Balanced injectors out of box and you can actually bolt your airbox or snorkel to the servo body instead of a clamp ring.
