Need someone/and-or a paint shop to re paint an RV-4. No corrosion at all on airframe. Need a decent job done, but not a fancy paint scheme. Would prefer reccomdations in Texas/OK/LA, but would consider other close by states as well.
All of your recommendations are very much appreciated. Thx......MB

Local paint shops

I don?t have any personal experience with them, but I think that Glo Customs at 52F has a good reputation in the RV community. http://www.glocustom.com

Once again, I don?t have any personal experience with them, but if you?re in Rockport I think the closest paint shop to you is going to be at the San Marcos airport at ?Tejas Aero? http://specializedaero.com

There are a couple paint shops in Mena, AR that have good reputations. I used Crider paint shop about 7-8 years ago. They did a good job, nothing fancy, and they were very reasonably priced. Mena is a stone's throw from the Louisiana border.

There's a good shop close to you in San Marcos. Grady (Glo) up in Dallas will do a superb job also but has a long wait time to get in.

Found a solid painter I would recommend to anyone looking for a painter on the west coast, located in Corona, CA(AJO), Corona Air Paint http://www.coronaairpaint.com/index.html. Anyone looking for a quality job at a fair price should check these guys out. I recently had my RV-6A painted. They disassembled, did all the prep, painted(used Imron) re-assembled, and went above and beyond to insure I was happy with every detail. I researched several shops up and down the west coast and couldn't have found a better value then this. PM me if there is any other info I can help you with.
