Not getting TIS A from GTX 330 after updating Aera 796 software 5.40

Prior updating my Aera 796 software to 5.40 l was getting TIS -A information from garmin gtx 330. After software update, despite data receiving on interface setup serial port 1 and 2, not getting TIS -A information on my Aera 796 Traffic screen.
How can l solve this problem.

Hello Can,

Do you have other traffic receivers (like a GDL 39) attached to the Aera 796 in addition to having TIS-A from the GTX 330?

You say you are receiving data on serial ports 1 and 2. What is connected to the serial port not connected to the GTX 330?

What are you seeing on your traffic page? Probably best to shoot us an email with a screen shot of that information.
