Default Source for inertia reels?

My Google-Fu has failed me... I've been searching for a small factor inertia reel for seat belts. It seems Amsafe is the only game in town, and what I have found from the automotive world uses large, bulky reels. There aren't many combos that use the Y-strap and interia reel, apparently.

What are other builders in the experimental world using?

Try Randy Levalds at Cub Crafters , they use two inertia belts per aircraft and they are small
