How to Paint Canopy Cradles

What is an appropriate method to prime and paint the Canopy Cradles (C-01439)?

They look kinda hard to spray the interior.

Can they just be powder coated or does that make the paint too thick?

I painted with AKZO and that got into the middle pretty well. Then painted with the interior paint. Honestly can't see any significant part of the assembly once the canopy in installed so if I was doing it again I'd probably just stop at primer.
