Prime aileron counterbalance?

Working on the ailerons now. Is it necessary to prime the aileron counterbalance? I've seen claims that is stainless steel, some that it is galvanized pipe. The part number is ST304-065X1.375. Google searching says that ST304 is stainless tubing. Although stainless is resistant to rust it does still rust, I've got kitchen utensils that have rust, albeit mild surface rust.

Well, to verify and answer my own post, they don't require priming as per page 22-07, step 6. I glanced ahead, but didn't read thru everything. Just took another building session or two to get that far.

I primed the inside surface of the aluminum skin that contacts the stainless counterbalance tube. It might be overkill, but I was concerned about bi-metal corrosion.
