Static RPM. Sterba wood prop

Hi everyone. I am trying to get the static RPM
For my wood Sterba prop. For some reason, I can't get in
touch with Ed Sterba. Prop was built for Lycoming 160 hp, cruise prop.
Rv-9. Anyone have an idea or similar prop? Ground testing before first flight.

Static rpm

I have a sterba cruise prop on my -3. I get around 2300 rpm on run up. I will see 2550 full throttle in the air. And I am quite happy with it. I also have 160hp as well.
