-7 vs -8 wing

Anyone know exactly what the differences are between the -7 & -8 wings?

Can one be installed on the other without major mods to the wing?

When you build an RV-7 QB you are shipped an RV-8 wing, then instructed to whack a couple inches off the rear spar to account for the different fuselage profile. I imagine the flaps would be unique to each model for similar reasons. Other than that, they are the same.
