Thats all you need. code and flight plan and following so they have you on radar. Toronto will hand you off and then grab you back. No issues, do it often.
Even better idea, do customs and eapis and stay downtown at burke lakefront and stay a night. LOVED our trip there, very vibrant downtown, street festivals, great food and walk everywhere. 20 minute flight and it was great! Do have to ask permission to use Burke as airport of entry. Its not standard but apparently one of their supervisors likes ga planes so will accommodate if possible and drive from the bigger airport.
