Leading edge rib fit

Don't remember seeing this on mine...

Tom,
I'm about at the same place on my wings as your are.
I've taken mine apart for primining this week, so I can't go take a look downstairs to look at the fit. I don't recall having any gap however. I had a very snugg fit on every rib. From the picture it looks like the maybe some of the flanges are bent in a little - are they aligned with the rest of the flanges?
I don't think it will hurt to leave, but I would bend them out to support the skin as much as possible. I'll remember to take a good look next weekend once I reassemble post priming and let you know.
Ken

All of my leading edge ribs in the wing and fuel tank seem to have a small gap between the front tabs and the skin. I used fuel tank sealant to give it a more structural connection on the fuel tanks and the rest I used some "fusion Bond" epoxy adhesive made for aluminum from Hernon manufacturing in Fl.
