I would be pleased if you could assistance


The GSA28 Servo Trim Out 1 and Trim Out 2 provide 1 Amp output to the Trim Servo (Ray Allen). The GSA28 Trim output is directly connected to the Trim Servo in my wiring harness provided by VAN's.

However, the GAD 27 Trim Controller Pin 9 and Pin 10 (J272) (for Roll) provide 5 Amp output to drive the Trim Servo.

How should I connect the GAD 27 - 5 Amp output to the Trim Motor?

I thought of connecting the GAD 27 Pin 9 and Pin 10 (J272) 5 Amp Trim Output to the GSA28 Servo Trim In 1 (Pin11) and Trim In 2 (Pin 12), - would this in turn produce an output of 5 Amp to the Trim Servo - but wondering if this is correct or not.

Any assistance would be most welcome.

You are correct in connecting Trim Out 1 and Trim Out 2 from the GSA 28 to the trim motor. Pins 9 and 10 (Roll Trim Out) from the GAD 27 connect to pins 11 and 12 (Trim in) on the GSA 28 Roll Servo. This is covered on page 27-13 of the Rev. AL G3X Touch Installation Manual.
