KX 155 squelch

RV 10 with AFS 3500's and 430 as well as Kx 155. My problem is the 155 intermittently breaks squelch regardless of frequency or position. the 430 is fine. My avionics tech adjusted to no avail. Will do so with everything else shut off in ac. Any ideas?

any luck with this, the one in my 150 just started doing it, havn't pulled it out to play with it yet though

KX-155 squelch addj

Pacific Coast Avionics at Aurora, OR fixed my KX-155 for same issue. There is an internal pot that can be adjusted or if need be, replaced. The Tech at PCA (Ron) told me it's fairly common these need adjusting once in a while, but easy to do.
