KHXF - A&P or help for minor mods

I am looking into buying a plane at hxf and would like to get couple things done before I fly it back home.

I am curious if any builders or eaa members or a&ps might be around on the field who could help.

This includes doing couple small things like starter install and fuel tank upgrade.
