GSA 28 autotrim

My current setup has MAC S8 servos with Matronics MkIII governor speed controls from a single coolie hat switch for pitch & roll trim. I am installing a G5 with autopilot. When wiring the GSA 28 for autotrim do I connect the output from the speed control to the servo then from the servo to the motor? The print says to connect pins 11 & 12 to the switch. Not sure if I leave the governors installed should the GSA 28 fail?

You need to keep the relay. The output of the relay goes to the AP Servo.

Ditch the MKIII Gov and install some type of trim relay like the ray allen or one of the aftermarket units.
You can't have a PWM speed controller driving the GSA28 trim.
